awesome experience

friendly staff breakfast option private parking

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the two breakfast options are a real plus, with one costing just 4.90 euros per person. free street parking is available right in front, and private parking costs only 9 euros per day! the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus for relaxation.

the lack of cctv in the car park worried me a bit. i heard about car break-ins being common, and .

the hotel's location is convenient, with good transport links. i noticed several restaurants within a 5-minute walk. a large store for everyday needs, which makes everything accessible. it is a little outside of the city center.

the room was spacious and super clean. the staff at the reception were amazing. they allowed us to use all the hotel amenities until we left for our late flight. the outdoor area near the pool was also very clean.

i found the staff to be very professional. the food was also great. the hotel's modern design was very good (especially the lobby).

the hotel was overpriced for what it offered. i found hair in the bathroom on arrival. elevator numbers did not match hallway numbers.

efficient process early check-in commendable service

I found the check-in process very efficient. The staff allowed me to check in early at around 11 am. Customer service is commendable. The staff were willing to help even with issues I had with football tickets.

The breakfast, though adequate, lacked variety. The food options remained unchanged , which became a little monotonous.
